For non-overnight visitors: day rates valid all year round to access the park, the outdoor pool (seasonal), the heated indoor pool and the hot tub. The price includes a sun lounger, a shady spot under the trees or a parasol, and a typical farm refreshment. Overnight guests always have access included.

Important notes
Room prices are per room, per night, breakfast included.
Mini-apartment and loft prices are per unit, per night. Breakfast not included; available on request at € 10 per person. Minimum stay 2 nights.
For overnight guests, access to the park, outdoor pool and covered wellness area (indoor pool and hot tub) is always included.
Access to the sauna and steam room is available by reservation with a € 20 per person supplement.
The "day access" rates are reserved for external visitors and available only during opening months.
Pets admitted on request.
Municipal tourist tax not included.
Phone booking is required on weekends, public holidays and pre-holiday days; recommended on weekdays.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 2:00 pm, check-out by 11:00 am.

Is the tourist tax included?
No, the municipal tourist tax is not included and is applied according to the rates of the Municipality of Ferrara.
Is day access available without staying overnight?
Yes. Day access to the park and outdoor pool is available only during the summer opening months, while the wellness area can be booked all year round, including winter. A refreshment is included.
